House of Nu-You is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to provide a structured and stable environment for women to attain a "Nu-Transition" into life. 

These women may be struggling with:

​

  • addiction from drugs and alcohol

  • homelessness

  • financial insecurity  

  • erratic work histories


Our goal is to help as many women rebuild successful lives on a strong foundation at House of Nu-You. 

We set the highest standards of care to enable personal growth, a foundation of development for long term recovery, and improving the quality of life while becoming a productive member of society. 

Program

Our Program

Inside of our beautiful home, we provide a structured environment built on 12-Step Principles. We utilize a variety of external resources necessary for women to create a new life and become functioning members of society. Our location puts all the essential services in easy reach, from transportation to education.

 

  • Houses are equipped with television, wireless internet, computer, telephone, and laundry facilities

  • Household items provided, including cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper

  • Rooms come fully furnished

  • We provide comforters, blankets, pillows, and fresh linen

  • We will provide toiletries, towels, washcloths, and other personal items (if needed)

  • Family environment

  • Compassionate and caring female staff

  • Live-in female house managers

  • 24 hour on-call management staff

  • One-on-one consultations with management staff

  • Weekly house meetings

  • Relapse prevention

  • Attend church of choice

  • Assistance connecting members to community resources, 12-step meetings, and counseling services

  • Parking space for personal vehicles
